I tried it neat and was really impressed. Whilst not the best ever it does have a sharp acidic taste that I like and lots of small bubbles too, unlike the down market varieties that can be a bit flat. I decided not to waste this on cocktails and drank the rest neat and found a supermarket variety for the sprizzes.
