Review: RV trim, perfect fit, easy to install. - Fits the trim as intended - measure your existing insert as there are 2 sizes (at least). Originally, I thought sliding it in was the way to install. Didn’t work for more than a couple feet - to much friction after that. Pinching and placing in the track does work and is very fast. Have some caulk handy to seal the top fasteners/ attach points. May want to check the channel screws for caulk touch up prior to inserting this. On our RV, the lower fasteners/ attach points are not heavily caulked except around the covered screw to allow drainage. Check yours before caulking there.

Fits the trim as intended - measure your existing insert as there are 2 sizes (at least). Originally, I thought sliding it in was the way to install. Didn’t work for more than a couple feet - to much friction after that. Pinching and placing in the track does work and is very fast. Have some caulk handy to seal the top fasteners/ attach points. May want to check the channel screws for caulk touch up prior to inserting this. On our RV, the lower fasteners/ attach points are not heavily caulked except around the covered screw to allow drainage. Check yours before caulking there.
