They stay put while I jog and when I am lifting. Far better than ear buds and there are physical buttons to control volume and pause. Some sound can be heard, but that would be the same with all in/over ear listening devices and if you play at a safe volume you won't really hear whats going on around you. Update* These are my go to headphones now. I won't use anything else because I can workout without having to worry about them falling off or constantly adjust them. They work seamlessly with Youtube and Amazon music. Things to note. You don't need to download any software for these to work. Yes they do work with Android and PC without any additional software. Battery life is great. I use them for about 5 times a week for about an 1 1/2 hours and charge it every 3 to 4 weeks.
