My suggestion is to put your pan upside down in an over capable of self cleaning. Do a self clean and your pan will come out like the day it was born. Wash the pan and check for rust. Use steel wool or a scrubby to get the rust off. Cover your pan with a light coating of this cream and put in the oven upside down at 425 for 1.5 hours. Let it cool in the oven.
