It was overpackaged with a box, shrink wrap then more plastic. Basically a lot of waste. The shrink wrap caused deep creases like others had mentioned. However, using a misting bottle with water and a low temp iron set on Silks, I was able to get all the creases out. I then put a large floor fan in front of it to air dry any moisture remaining. It is perfectly flat now. I’m using it under my desk chair as it rolls too much on the tiles and I’m not able to keep still. This helps me without causing drag that a pile carpet would. I like it , especially the coloring and the fact it keeps my desk chair stable. Just keep in mind there is a bit of effort involved in getting it flat and a lot of plastic waste included.
