These are stellar! Lightweight, good looking, good temperature isolation (so far, so good). Stainless steel is the only material that we can get *absolutely clean *every time— even if food is left to cake-on— and without ANY taint of smell/chemistry. These are lighter than expected and a tiny bit smaller than full-on dinner plates— but that’s fine. Seems they’re a good size for *anything, and the shape (9”with rim) makes them stronger than the flat ones we’ve tried. While I bought them for camping, I’ll have to order more, cuz we’ve been using them for dinner EVERY night while watching the Olympics, no other insulation or hot hands. Deep enough for stews— or salads, too— they easily wipe clean, soap/rinse. Seem to resist fingerprints so far, SS-304 is hard enough to deflect any flatwear marks, too. I’m impressed. The *only drawbacks I can see so far: they can take away some heat from the food, so we put hot water in them before serving the food; also, they *clatter in the dishwasher— so we’ll learn to separate them. I’ve not noticed much if any heat coming below.(I’ll update this review if they disappoint later).
