It's possible your child's head would be higher, but the seat is large enough you could probably lay their hip on the seat and use one arm to support tilting their body. My 1 1/2 year old was so comfortable using this and I loved how the design made it so much easier on my back. There is one bigger pocket that you can fit things in(phone, snacks,etc) then also the pocket on the part where your little one sits. I am a massive fan of how they designed the drink holder. It folds up so nicely if you don’t need to use it and uses two clips to stay like that or open it up and you can easily fit a water bottle or kids cup in it.
