**Q: To program picture buttons.  Instructions say lift receiver, push pic and hold for beep, dial number and push pic. Just makes a call, no # stored??**
A: You described the programming procedure correctly, so it should be saving the number and dialing out when you press the photo button. If it's not doing that, let us know and we will get this resolved.

**Q: Senior facility Dial "9" question.  Can you program the phone to dial 9, & wait x seconds, before dialing the number.  Needs to go thru a phone system**
A: Yes, you can program the phone for that function.

**Q: What do you mean by "Hands-Free"? Will it dial via voice command?**
A: No it won’t dial with voice command. Hands free was not the best phrase to use. It just means you can make a call without picking up the hand set.

**Q: Can you use memory buttons and if they want to just dial a number can you do both? I dont have to chose one or other?**
A: I just gave this phone to my elderly mother who has hearing, sight and dementia issues.    She LOVES it!    You can use the key pad to dial a number with or without the 6 preset speed dials being programmed.   It is a little time consumer to find and size photos to a 1"x1" size but it does make the phone very easy to use.
