I bought the ZWILLING Four Star Self-Sharpening Knife Block, 7 PC, Black Ash and I am very pleased with it so far. The knives are well balanced, sharp, comfortable to use, and the block looks great, it adds a nice touch to the kitchen worktop. The quality of the materials inspires confidence and gives the impression of a durable product. I have not had enough time yet to see whether the self sharpening system really makes a difference in the long term, so I cannot comment on that for now. But overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it based on my experience so far.
