Review: Good! - Love that these gels don’t have dyes in them. It takes a lot of drops to get color, but that is to be expected. And they worked just fine in my frosting. The kids enjoyed decorating cookies. Just know they are very pastel.
Review: Works great for light natural shades, except the blue - The pink worked great for light pinks, but the blue required a great deal of food coloring to move even slightly past a sea foam green in my buttercream frosting. The blue was a true blue when used in fondant. So it depends on your application. In my purple fondant pieces I mistakenly mixed red and blue, but pink and blue make a much prettier purple and is what I used in the buttercream. All in all it's over priced for poor color saturation, but has its applications. I needed an allergy safe, natural food coloring and made due.

I like the fact that these are made from natural dyes but the colors are very pale . It takes a lot of the product to color the dough and after baking the colors fade even more . I probably wouldn’t buy again .
