I’ve been using them for years, and I’ve not one time been let down from not just the awesome collars, but the warranty replacement for the first collar MANY years ago! Other than that one, I’ve not one time needed to use the warranty! I have the 1825x for my 2 Doberman, and they use the collars everyday for obedience. The charge lasts for days, and it’s so nice to easily toggle from dog 1 to dog 2. I love the beep and vibration for correcting as I’ve used these collars for years and they don’t usually need more than a beep to get their attention!
