I have been using this for many years now & never once has my stomach been all jerked up, so another thing i can assure you is true. • This is Ultra-Filtered & any top of the line Whey would make sure the Whey is carefully micro-filtered or Ultra-Filtered to remove any harmful bacteria. The Whey will pass through a special micro-filter & immediately after, bacteria & spores are separated. As far as whey protein, this is one of the best. As far as flavors, I’ve tried three and not found “my” flavor just yet. The vanilla ice cream is very rich and overly sweet, but the best of the three I’ve tried. Strawberry banana is a good flavor, but for some reason is crazy clumpy. I haven’t found the trick to making it not clumpy and that makes it worse for me than vanilla ice cream even though the flavor is slightly better. And banana cream… omg… banana cream… if you like banana laffy taffy, this is the flavor for you. If you don’t like midnight heartburn and gagging while trying to choke this down because you want to be a man and not waste the $90+ you just spent on the freaking 5lb jug thinking “it can’t be that bad,” steer clear of banana cream… Otherwise, this is great for protein supplement and muscle building sessions. It leaves you feeling pretty full so it’s a great mid day snack as well. I went over texture and ease of use in the reviews of the flavors. I will update as I try new flavors. I drink 4 of these a day and one casein a day so I buy a lot. Until next time!
