    Runs very small and heavy hot material

Dress seems well made. But it is very heavy (wintery) material—and I live in a warm climate. Plus ordered size 4 which is my usual size. It runs so so small i cannot zip it. I am 5 foot 5 and 120 pounds.Unfortunately plan to return it asap as larger size still very heavy warm material. Planned on a nice expensive dress to use for a summer birthday event—but not appropriate weight.One more thing. The ratings I tried to read before purchase would not load up so unable to learn more about the dress. So hope this one shows up.
