It works great! I've used it for linguini and angel hair spaghetti, and for making sheets for ravioli. It works flawlessly, is easy to install and uninstall. While I am rating it high for flavor (fresh pasta!) that depends on your pasta recipe. I'm using it with Semolina, Italian 00 flour and Italian Durum flower in a mix. And that is delicious!This is a little complex to clean, and it did not come with clear cleaning instructions, but I think that is the nature of the beast, and I am very satisfied. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well and washes in water *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 8, 2020* The attachments work as advertised and we've made several batches of noodles already. The fact that they can be washed in water makes it very easy to clean. Other attachment brands are not able to be washed in water, which is why I chose this one.My only wish was that the cleaning tool it came with had a tapered end like a wedge to pick out the dough in the nooks and crannies of the attachments.
