**Q: The label does not explicitly call out “Calabrian” peppers, just “hot” peppers- so it’s not really Calabrian?**
A: The label just says Red Hot Chili Peppers for the ingredients.

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated?**
A: I believe that it should be refrigerated after it is open.  it should be on the label somewhere.  hope this helps

**Q: How long is this good for in the fridge? if not long is it okay to freeze it?**
A: I've had mine in the fridge for a few months. I'll keep it there and watch for signs of it going bad like a change in smell, color, taste, or seeing mold growing. I'm sure you can freeze it for a very long time.

**Q: Another person asked about what pepper is used. The Amazon description says calabrian, but the label does not. Are the peppers calabrian, or not?**
A: Calabria is a region, not really a type of pepper. These appear to be hot chilis from Calabria. There is a photo included that shows the side label where they do say these are Calabrian chilis.
