Pilates - total 74 min  5 work outs and cool down,  1= 17 min. 2= 7 min,  3= 12 min. 4= 12 min. 5 = 12 min. cool down 14 min.

A: This is for Krista sage.
No this will not work on a UK player unless you have the various workings for international DVD's. Which can be set up on a computer or UK DVD player.
