## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can the tray handle hot plate?**
A: The serving trays are made of pp plastic/tpr material, which melts at about 300 F, so they can withstand boiling water temperatures without warping or distorting, and should be fine for holding regular pan cooked dishes or bowls holding hot soup. 

If you are serving hot iron dishes straight from the oven, it is highly recommended to use some heat resistant pad in between or let the dish cool off a bit otherwise it may damage the trays.

**Q: Do the trays have nonslip feet on the back?**
A: There are no feet on the back. There are antislip dots on the front and an antislip grid on the back.  they were a bit smaller than I realized. It would be fine for indoors but we wanted it to bring stuff outside to tables.

**Q: What is the inside depth of the trays?**
A: These trays are all very shallow. I would say about 1/2 an inch which doesn’t take into account the placement of the handles on the two larger trays. The medium and small tray are very rigid while the large tray is thinner and somewhat flexible. The large tray works fine for carrying larger plates that are lightweight. I would not carry a bowl of soup on this tray. The other two work well for pet food/ water bowls. They protect my floors from becoming a big mess. If you have a big dog that slobbers a lot, these trays are not deep or large enough. They work for cats and small dogs.

**Q: The large and medium size trays are lopsided.   How can I make them level or sit flat?**
A: All 3 of our trays were level. We love them! Did you put it in the dishwasher by mistake?

These serving trays work well for what I'm using them for. Nice look. They are sturdy and have nice grip on top and bottom. Contains the mess from coffee spillage. I can lift the whole coffee maker with the large tray. Easy to wash.. by hand or dishwasher.

Bought these for my parents as a gift as they often make their dinner and take it to the living room to eat while they watch the news.The nonslip surface is great and holds their plates and cups perfectly and they are really lightweight.The only thing I don't like is that the handles have a little give in them. They are not flimsy or feel like they will break but they do twist slightly as you lift the tray with a meal on it, making them feel a little unsteady at first.Overall they are working well though and my parents are very happy with them
