I believe temperature and concentration are the determining factors, with temperature being most important. If you're doing home distillates, any amount of fore shots leaking into the heads and hearts will eat at the seal very quickly. **Q: What is the actual height of the bottle before putting the lid on it?** A: 10 3/4 inches **Q: Is the outside of the bottle smooth or indented?** A: It’s smooth and the bottles are really nice **Q: Will these bottles work with soda stream carbonator without attachmet?** A: Hi please check the size, the 33fl oz might too tall to fit, its 12" bottle height without the cap. For the 16fl oz the height is 10 3/8". A customer mentioned that the Sodastream bubbles still go away. Please check your Sodastream height requirements. Thank you for your question! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good product /durable *by N***E on 28 January 2024* good and durable but I did not end up using them really. just one or two times for fresh juice but then I found another product that suits me better. ### ⭐ الجودة تعبانه *by M***N on 4 June 2025* سيء جدآ فيها كسر والجودة سيئه ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't leak *by B***B on 2 December 2023* ## Frequently Bought Together - Flip Top Glass Bottle [1 Liter / 33 fl. oz.] [Pack of 6] – Swing Brewing with Stopper for Beverages, Oil, Vinegar, Kombucha, Beer, Water, Soda, Kefir Airtight Lid & Leak Proof Cap Clear - Fermtech - Auto Siphon Mini with 6 Ft of Food Safe Tubing & Clamp - Easy Home Brewing, Winemaking Kit, Complete System for Beer, Wine, Liquid Transfer & Fermentation Tools - Perfect for Small Batches - Bubble Airlock Set, 4 Airlocks for Fermenting, 4 Drilling #6 Stoppers and 8 Airlock Grommets, Used for Brewing Wine, Beer, Sauerkraut, Pickles, Etc.
