Adds flavor to vegan gravies, potatoes and carrots, soups and stews.  But could also be used by non-vegan cooks to lower the amount of meat used in a recipes and thereby lowering the saturated fat.  If you've been thinking about doing Meatless Mondays or just scaling way back on your meat consumption, this product will help you ease into a new, healthier life-style.

This is our go-to flavor for just about everything. We use in soups, vegetables, grains, tofu, tempeh, lentils and even gravy. It’s my teens favorite seasoning.
