As delicious as that was, I haven't seen it again in over a year. I decided to try this brand after researching different options and reading reviews. It arrived today, perfectly frozen with lots of dry ice left. The meat was frozen, and each slice easily separates from the others. I broke it down into my own vacuum-sealed packages (WAY bigger than the 4oz portions also for sale--amateurs!) and kept some out to cook up tonight. Unless you're cooking for a crowd--big enough to eat 10lbs of meat--you're going to want to freeze the meat. Holy smokes, this gyro is so delicious! The gyro cooks up quickly, even from frozen. You get a nice crispy outside with just the right portion of a softer inside. It isn't like you're cooking up potato chips here. The taste is fabulous! If I didn't think I'd die of a salt overdose (because I'm not kidding myself this stuff isn't loaded with sodium), I'd eat a pound of this gyro meat myself right now. I am sold!
