**Q: Will this work if u have a 2.5 to 2" reducer sleve installed?**
A: Yes

**Q: What should the bolts be torqued to?**
A: Didn't really measure.  I just tightened by fill

**Q: Has anyone had issues with up/down play when using 3/4th bike attachment?**
A: I use it to hold my EZ Hitch Steps for access to my camper and I weigh a lot more than bicycles. I have NO "play" in my hitch attachment which extends about 22" PLUS the steps themselves from the truck-body receiver. It is rock solid but understand, I'm not using it for bicycles.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy duty hitch tightened does it's job

This hitch tightener from Rhino is heavy duty and well made. As you can see from the photo, the difference in size of the Rhino vs another brand is telling. The Rhino bolt is a 3/4 inch bolt with nut and locking washer. The other brand is a 9/16 inch bolt with nut. Another difference is the Rhino is covered with a nice rubber coating. However, I'm not sure how long that will last through use. After I tightened the hitch tightener down, all rattle and movement of the bike rack was eliminated. Additionally, it is made in the USA! I am very pleased with my purchase.
