If heavy, I would recommend the latter approach. **Q: that is the price for ONE board?** A: These boards are priced individually, and our price includes the cost of shipping as well. **Q: How to "mount" sawtooth hangers on 6x6 board?** A: There is a half inch wooden border on the back of my Gessobard but mine is a 12" x 12" so plenty of room for a sawtooth hanger. I don't know about 6" x 6". I wire my boards which I think works best. **Q: Two questions: would these be suitable for block printing using a water based ink? 2) Do these have the little slot on the back for hanging?** A: Question 1: I'm not totally sure of the answer, but I would say possibly, yes.
