### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They work for me!

Great gym rings, I have been using them for probably 6 months and they work well. I have yet to have any issues, and I throw them in the sand daily. There is some paint chips on the carabiners but I also throw them over a metal pole everyday so...what do I expect. I also get gritty sand on the hinges and still they are holding up. I don't use the grips, but I recommend you do unless you don't mind dry/blistery hands from wood contact. The straps and rings are holding up great, and I'm 200lbs. I highly recommend getting gym rings with carabiners as they are easy to adjust between exercises without having to worry about exact lengths. I found the stitching to be accurate between the straps. There are some limitations obviously, but I would choose carabiner gym rings over the buckles any day.
