It took about a week or so to see any difference so you need to be patient and consistent with the product. My canines have always been significantly yellower than the rest of my teeth and my bottom front teeth were a problem area as well. Now my teeth are a couple shades whiter (most noticeable in the yellowest areas). Im not sure how white your teeth can become with this product but it does work on yellowed areas. It is slightly annoying to use since I have to hold my lips away from my teeth while the gel dries but other than that its easy to use and apply. I'm definitely not a fan of the flavor, very strong peroxide taste with a tinge of peppermint.
