Both shampoo and conditioner are quite thick. The conditioner doesn't seem to do much, it does NOT leave the hair silky soft and smooth. **** I still stand firm with the above review except for 1 thing... the above comments about the conditioner apply if you use a different shampoo, which is what I had been doing. When you use both the WOW shampoo and conditioner then they compliment each other and your hair is smooth and sort of silky. This tracks because after using the shampoo the hair is reasonably soft, so the conditioner just adds to that. Point is, using one or the other separately with different products does not give the ideal outcome.
