Easy to install and took only 25 min for me to install, it would have been quicker but due to getting the bolts tightened it took me a little longer. My friend said I was not going to be able to put this on and I should have it installed professionally. His experience with other hitches has always been difficult I guess, he was surprised at how quickly I got this installed and said I was lucky. I guess this hitch is above those he bought.

I also ordered this during the COVID-19 pandemic so I understand that shipping my have gotten a little beaten up. Other than that small detail with shipping, very satisfied with my purchase.

**Q: Will this fit Mitsubishi Outlander 2015**
A: This item fits the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport models. If you do not have the sport model you need item number 13163.

**Q: Does this qualify for Home Service installation?**
A: Yes

**Q: If one of the sides, where the holes are came a a little bent can I still use it? Will it cause any weakness problems?**
A: The one I installed didn’t slide in easily. Had to use a little force to line up the holes. Used it for a year before trading in my car, no problems.

**Q: Will this fit a 2012 se? Not the sport model.**
A: yes it should. the sport model is smaller than the regular outlander. add your car to the garage and it will tell you if it fits.

Purchased this for my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Fits perfectly and was easy for us to install. It took around 30 mins. But I would make sure to have 2 people when installing. Installed on a 2023 Outlander Sport. Seems very well made and sturdy. Took about an hour to install by myself. I admit I used a floor jack to persuade it into place as it fits very close to the muffler hangers. Overall, it was a fairly easy install, but would have been easier with a helper.
