I use it every day all day since I bought it and have yet to struggle at all - the zips are smooth, the metal strap holders remain strong and nothing has frayed. This bag is not a small, dainty and feminine handbag.The bag appears bigger than I expected in terms of size (measures as listed, but it looks bigger), and is a sturdy, attractive material. The colour matches the picture and the strap is fully adjustable. Under the flap the bag has 2 zipped sections (main and middle) and then one non-zip velcro pocket slightly smaller than the middle one. There is one pocket that runs the whole depth of the front (very roomy, even when the bag is full), one at the back of the bag which is more affected by how fully the bag is, one on the inside main pocket of the bag.There is around the base of the bag from one strap to the other almost - this allows the bag to expand almost like a suitcase and is a lifesaver. All the zips are sturdy and it feels very well made. The top flap secure with velcro. It's not overly girly so anybody can wear it.What can you fit in it?The unexpanded dimensions of this bag are: Small: 8.66"x2"x11.8" (LxWxH) - accurate, but unexpanded this bag can be filled until it is up to 4-5 inches wide. This will of course, make it less of a handbag and more of a full shoulder bag.When it isn't expanded, this handbag fits my daily life into it with room to spare without making the bag full!Expanded, this bag really comes into its own and can be 8-9 inches wide if you don't mind carrying the extra weight and bulk! I recently took this bag abroad on a three week holiday, and on top of the above listed, managed to fit a change of clothes (jeans, top, socks etc) in the bag as well as sun lotion & my kindle or a 500ml water bottleAny issues?Being that this bag can hold so much, it can get very heavy and the sturdy straps, because of their material, can dig in and be rough.The top flap pocket, if used, can hang down beyond the bag then the velcro doesn't hold for long but this doesn't affect security.The velcro middle pocket is, by its nature, less secure than the zippy pockets and therefore it limits what you can put in it.OverallThis bag is not small. At all. As you can guess, the little niggles and issues aren't any real faults with the bag and not only do I strongly recommend this bag to anybody in the market, but I'll be buying this as my next one as well. 10/10 ### ⭐ Waste of money! Stitching unravelled and strap broke on 2 different bags sent a month apart. Avoid! *by M***M on 7 October 2018* I ordered this bag twice! The first time the strap broke after 3 weeks. All it had in it was book, umbrella and bottle of water. I ordered another one as needed it for work and didn't have time to return it or go out shopping (my previous bag of a similar style by another manufacturer lasted me 3 years not 3 weeks). The second bag arrived and after 2 weeks the stitching on the strap went again and the bag fell onto the pavement. Luckily it didn't have a laptop in it or it would have smashed. Faulty and shoddy. Avoid!Update - I've been messaged here that the 2 faulty bags I was sent is an uncommon occurrence, but somebody else here also complained about the same thing. I have contacted the supplier and requested full refunds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good size! *by C***Z on 7 November 2018* I bought this bag for my day to day stuff, so keys, wallet, phone etc plus all the extra bits I carry about for my job which I used to have in a separate bag. It's a really good size and it has a zip at the bottom which can make it even wider if need be. It is wide and deep enough to fit an A4 book in, for those people like me who aren't good with measurements.The only thing I can really fault with this bag is the velcro on the front flap. One set of strips is horizontal, whilst the other is vertical and the flap seems to be a bit too long so they never match up. When they do they don't stay together strongly at all because there is barely any of it connecting.
