The product had arrived opened, a bit, and there was some spilled out, but it was in a protective bag, so it wasn't too bad. There wasn't too much that had leaked out, and the bottle wasn't broken. The jam is expensive, but it's difficult to find this product in some grocery stores, so it's convenient to have found it on desertcart.

**Q: I assume this product is preserves.  Does
Felix also sell fresh/frozen berris?**
A: I believe Felix only makes Scandinavian jams/preserves.

**Q: What is it supposed to taste like?**
A: It tastes like lingonberries. I had tried lingonberry jam at IKEA and liked it. This is an option. I love it.

**Q: How long do these stay good after it's opened?**
A: A long time.  I have been trying to loose weight so have had an open jar for almost two months and it is still good.   Refrigerated of course.

**Q: What Does It Taste Like?**
A: It is very good. If you like cranberries, you should like this as it is a similar taste - sweet with a little tartness.
