**Q: How long do you let this on your gums before rinsing?**
A: I really don't know exactly.  I've left it 10 or 15 minutes if I apply with a Qtip.  However, I usually dilute slightly and use it as a rinse and slosh it around for a few minutes. I don't usually rinse right away after that.

**Q: Is Ioxan gluten-free?**
A: This product is not labeled as gluten-free. It does contain grain alcohol.
