**Q: Is this product really as good as advertised?**
A: Yes!!

**Q: Can the jar be opened to add to or reuse it?**
A: The answer is no.  I’ve never figured out a way to reuse it.

**Q: what spices are in the "herbs and spices aside from rosemary black pepper and red pepper)? seems vague   Basil? Oregano? Coriander? Tarragon?**
A: Spices and Herbs (Including Rosemary, Black Peppers, and Red Peppers), Garlic, Onion, Sea Salt, Tomato and Parsley.
That's the list of ingredients in the description and on the label on the Amazon website. Those are the ingredients.

**Q: I cannot figure out how to change setting so more will come out.**
A: There is no setting....you can grind it back & forth, or you can grind it in one direction...but if you're  trying to get a coarser or finer grind then you would literally have to empty it into another grinder

I sprinkle a little of this seasoning on most thing I cook.  It has a great balance of flavor with no salt.  This makes dishes taste gourmet.  Folks think I can cook very well.  It is all about flavor and this makes dishes yummy.  The top on the packaging is a little bit is a little bit of a pain with the red cap to seal.  The product is still delish.
