My old foam sword is starting to break.** A: These swords and shields are great for my children and safe!!!!! **Q: I'm looking for opinions on how durable they are. Will they hold up for a 5 year old?** A: Oh my yes. We've had this set for coming up on two years. Six year old and Grandpa have sword fights on a regular basis. Grandma got these because the hard plastic Star Wars type swords can hurt and these don't, so a lot more fun. Very durable. ## Frequently Bought Together - 12 Pack Foam Swords and Shields Playset, Medieval Combat Ninja Warrior Weapons Costume Role Play Accessories for Kids Party Favors - PowerTRC Sword and Shield Play Set | Unique Design | Foam Weapons | Kids Play Knights | White Eagle & Golden Lion Shield - Super Z Outlet Assorted Foam Toy Swords for Children with Different Designs Including Ninja, Pirate, Warrior, and Viking (8 Pack) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/165271396-12-pack-foam-swords-and-shields-playset-medieval-combat-ninja](https://www.desertcart.us/products/165271396-12-pack-foam-swords-and-shields-playset-medieval-combat-ninja) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
