Review: Great pump, great service. - I’ve used this pumps for years and they have always been quiet and reliable. The one I purchased before this one was March of 2023. These,pumps have a 5 year warranty. I searched dannermand there site actually has a phone number that people answer. Their customer service rep told me to send him a screen shot of the desertcart order. He also wanted a few photos of the pump and the tag that was on the pump body. Within hours of the info being sent they emailed me for my address and will send me another pump. The service is excellent. I will use the pump as a spare to swap out. Thanks Danner.
Review: Very pleased with Danner - I just winterize our koi pond.. I removed the new pump we purchased on July 27 2023. I thought I would check out to see how much wear the impeller has on it and the housing.. after removing the screws this is what I found.. the impeller shaft is broken.. not sure what to do now. We have had our Koi pond for 30+ years.. I've never seen this happen before.. UPDATE; I couldn't find out who it was purchased from.. so I was sent to Danner... They were slow but accurate.. I received the new impeller assembly today 11/29/23. I removed the broken shaft one and installed the new one.. We are very happy with Danner

**Q: What is the psi rating of this pump. i need to connect it to fee water to an ionizing water treatment device. not sure of the imput diamter yet.**
A: This type of pump is not rated in psi, but in gpm (gallons per minute)
The only pumps* that I know of that are rated in psi are in a pump system that is specifically designed to increase water pressure.

**Q: What are in take and out take in inches**
A: hi ... the Supreme Mag drive 9.5 (950 gph), 12 (1200 gph) and 18 (1800 gph) models all have 950 gph - 1800 gph pumps have a 3/4" FNPT intake and a 3/4" MNPT discharge.   The 24 (2400 gph) pump has a 1" FNPT intake and 1" MNPT discharge.   Sincerely, Nate at Practical Garden Ponds

**Q: Can this pump be installed and successfully work in an "in line" set up?**
A: Thanks for your question. Yes this pump can be used in an inline setup, but it is not self priming and is water cooled. This means that the pump has to be below the water level with water being gravity fed to the pump. This ensures the pump is never pulling air and the line is constantly full of water. I’ve used this pumps for years and they have always been quiet and reliable. The one I purchased before this one was March of 2023. These,pumps have a 5 year warranty. I searched dannermand there site actually has a phone number that people answer. Their customer service rep told me to send him a screen shot of the Amazon order. He also wanted a few photos of the pump and the tag that was on the pump body. Within hours of the info being sent they emailed me for my address and will send me another pump. The service is excellent. I will use the pump as a spare to swap out. Thanks Danner.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pump for outdoor tub with great flow rate

I haven't measured it or anything, but to me it seems like works as expected! Got for outdoor tub and even when the prefilter (screened) seems to be getting little clogged it still pumps thru. Even when prefilter was pretty clogged it still worked, but could tell reduced flow so new was time to clean the prefilter. It was easy to install with common PVC fittings from store. Comes with a damping pad. Recommend if using it with anything attached to the house to use the pad. Mine is installed for a tub on the deck. Could hear it while in the kitchen, so using the pad really reduced the vibration noise. Part of it might have been since tub was new addition to outdoor deck, just wasn't used to it. Cause I don't really notice it anymore. But use the pad.
