It arrived as ordered and I've used it a couple times. I can see it will take time to figure out the positions for my lower, mid, upper back as well as shoulders and neck but I am sure it will be a benefit. As I use it my masseur and physio gals will tell me if its working well for my condition. It did feel good to have those areas worked on especially with the heat.
