Good customer service is hard to find. Now I'm finding the second one is falling apart too, just like the first one did. They started doing this after only a couple of weeks. Although it starts out as a nice cushy mat, I cannot recommend it if you want something that will last. Everyone was teasing me afterward because the top of my mat shredded and left the plastic all over the pavement we were on. Not to mention all the divets and holes in my mat.
