It is an insulated bag and very well built, it keeps the items cool for a very long time, lengthening its cooled time if placed in a cooler, but I dont have to worry about the items reaching room temperature unless I drove 3 hours to work. It keeps all smells and odors inside the bag, making sure it does not stand out in the lunch area and just shows how great the insulation of this bag is.
