It rotates on and off so obviously I was feeling it each time it was off because it worked like a charm and kept me warm. It is not super warm but without adjustable settings I found it comfortable and J plan to keep it. Plus when I did hear from the company I got excellent customer service. I am pleased with my purchase.

Wish it were a little warmer, but still works well. I put it on my non heated leather seat in January when we had single digit temps in the morning. It made a big difference. The fabric is nice and soft as well.
