Everything turned out well, baked well and will be buying this again. Not much else I can add, only if it is something you need, give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed. My favorite gluten-free flour blend. I have tried several brands and this one is THE closest to flavor and texture (without the elasticity of gluten though) of normal flour. This has gone in my Subscriptions as it has been a better deal in bulk on here. I always recommend this brand to family and friends that need GF flour for savory or sweet cooking and/or baking.
