A: No, you would need to do a tire swingbeam add on. under one tower is a picnic table and the tower is not large enough. however you can add another swingbeam off the tower on the back or side.

A: 1 pallet with 11 boxes. Not exactly sure about weight but it is heavy. Most boxes can be handled by 2 people.
