Some heating pads I've had in the past were uncomfortable, but this caresses my back and is easy to adjust where I need it the most. Very pliable. The temperature selection is pretty consistent, but on rare occasions the temp would run a little too warm on the lowest setting. I would definitely buy this heating pad again to use on my back.

I love the softness of this nice extra large heating pad. Some heating pads I've had in the past were uncomfortable, but this caresses my back and is easy to adjust where I need it the most. I loved the consistent heat and softness, but the heating pad stopped working just a month after I purchased it so I can’t return it. Though Amazon has a 30-day return policy. I emailed support@proaller.net as the product tag listed a 90-day warranty. Sue from Proaller acted quickly and replaced my heating pad for free. I am hoping it stays working! Great so far!
