I use the AO-Sept or Clear Care cleaning system and that is always followed with a nice rinse in a saline conditioner before I put the clean lenses back onto my eyes. All the big brands make buffered saline for sensitive eyes, and sometimes I'd even use SIMPLUS as my conditioner, but none of these is nearly as gentle to my eyes as the Clear Conscience. It is soooo gentle and soothing.
