It arrived today. The regular tea showed up sealed and was put up. The larger 160 count box was in a plastic bag, with remnants of loose spilled tea inside of it giving it a dirty look. Pulled the box out and you can see what I saw in the photos. The shipping box was perfect, it was not hurt in shipping, it was placed damaged in the box and shipped out. Called and got a refund for that box, but whoever did that should not be in that job. Now do I trust an opened box with a sliced open bag or do I toss the entire thing?
