## Description

XS-327 is a specially formulated hybrid water based polyurethane coating. XS-327 is low VOC (25 g/l), and delivers commercial grade abrasion resistance for concrete and cementitious surfaces. XS-327 is a two component concrete sealer, 64% solids by weight, and may be reduced with water. Although specifically designed for PreCast Concrete pieces, XS-327 can be used anywhere that requires high performance durability against: scratching, abrasion, chemical and household staining, UV damage, and damage from heat up to (to 300°F). XS-327 surpasses the performance of most solvent systems, while providing the safety of a non-flammable, low VOC water based concrete sealer. XS-327 meets the most stringent of VOC regulations at just 25 g/L. XS-327 becomes food safe upon curing. PACKAGING XS 327 “A” - short filled quart can XS 327 “B” - pint can MIXING RATIO 3 parts “A” to 2 parts “B” (water maybe added see raos below) COVERAGE Approximately 100 ft² per qt. (9.3 m² per 0.9 L) of catalyzed and diluted product 4 mils wet / completed system 2 mils cured

This product is amazing and so easy to use. Be sure you follow the instructions and you’ll have amazing results! The reviews are accurate for this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Sealer for Concrete Countertops

Surecrete products are amazing. We DIY concrete countertops in our kitchen a few years ago. The hardest part we encountered was finding a sealer that lasted and did not alter the color/concrete. We tried a number of sealers on small practice countertop. Nothing comes close to Surecrete sealers. Low odor, easy to apply, long lasting. So far nothing has stained the concrete counter. Oil splatter, tomatoes sauce, water does not penetrate the surface. I have used sanitizer wipes a few times on the counter nothing as altered the concrete seal or color.
