The herbal combination works well as a diuretic to get rid of excess fluid retainedd by the body. The taste is not much but with some honey and lemon it is a nice drink. It does work... That is the important thing. Do brew for at least 5 minutes. I think it is good quality and I am benefiting from using it. It is not expensive if you use the bag 3 times.
