Overall this dolly is very durable and sturdy. The fact that you can use it as a cart and an upright dolly is an awesome feature. It is very easy to swap the arm to the position you desire and it rolls smoothly and reliably. It is very light, but very strong and the price point is very reasonable. I am not sure how to open the pin where it will be secured to prevent the wheel from coming off. Thank you.** A: The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). In fact, I bought a second one to use outside. Instead of taking the load off the one I use inside, moving it up/down the steps, and reloading it, to take things to and from the car, or for taking out the trash or recycling to the curb, etc... Well, you get the picture. I use one inside and keep the other in the garage. ~~~~~~~ original review ~~~~~~~~~ This is a great tool. I bought it mostly for the flatbed in conversion mode. I am partially disabled, meaning I have 'bum' leg. I can still lift with my arms most necessary things in the household, but I can't carry weight and walk too. I use the cart to move heavy or awkward loads, like groceries in, trash out, laundry and supplies inside - from one end of the house to the other. It was delivered promptly and was easy to assemble. There is a help line for questions or complaints listed with the instructions. The surprise was, it was actually answered by a native-English-speaking American. I would have given this cart 5 stars except for one thing. The flatbed of the cart has only the two crossbars - no real bed. I had to rig a bed, with extra-stiff cardboard that I happened to have, to keep smaller items from falling through/off the cart for lack of support underneath. Larger items - no problem - but if I need to move several smaller items, or even just one item too heavy to carry, I had to find something to lay across the bed or balance carefully - and that balance usually didn't last through all the turns required to get to the back door or the laundry room. If that one thing was different I would probably have been singing a much more enthusiastic song.
