It can be tracked from China to the US and through the US to delivery. I ordered it on October 5th and it was delivered on October 17th. Delivery had been quoted October 28th at the earliest so it arrived early. The locket is as pictured and I had it engraved. The engraving is very light and it was hard to see it unless you have it under direct light. It is there though and looks exactly as I had selected it to look. Except it being very light. This comes with a heart shaped template to allow you to cut out a tony pic to fit into the locket. It works and I really like my locket. I bought a silver one and a gold one so I can match it to different outfits. I really like the locket. Its not too big or too small. I recommend this product.
