It solves the problem of traffic jams on my way to school every day. The strength of the uphill is also very large and safe. Get on and off at any time. The issue I have is battery life. The site says that the max weight is 264lb, but when I got the scooter - the manual says that the max weight is 220lb. So I think that's a bit misleading. I'm around 200lbs, so I'm still under it.Anyway, I took it out for a spin and the battery died within 3 miles!!! That's way less than the advertised 18.6 miles. Maybe if a young kid rode it - he might get a bit more out of it. But the description clearly says it's an "Electric scooter for adults".Needless to say, it's going back. Worked like a charm. I ride at a 10 mph avg speed. 3 days avg per charge going about 15 miles distance. Smooth motor and going uphill is good if you have a running start but from a stop, it takes a while to get up to speed.
