The instruction manual was so poorly written that my son, friends & finally a Gate Company could not operate the gate properly. Trying to get this product to work was expensive & depressing. The user manual/installation book is more than useless. It hardly makes sense and is absolutely useless for initial setup. I had to go back and forth trial and error style to figure everything out. The "Easy to set, you just need to press one button on the control board will be ok" is bull! It did not work at all. It would make everything go out of wack. Also since it's a DC motor system motor polarity needs to be clearly marked on the control board. (It's not)I got the gates to open and close properly off the remotes but that's it. I'm afraid to mess with it anymore.
