From back of neck? Feom shoulder seam?** A: I would think Shoulder seam I am not impressed with this kaftan **Q: Can it be dry cleaned since people say it shrinks and bleeds when laundered?** A: I agree that dry cleaning chemicals would be too harsh. I have two of these dresses and one of fabric frayed and caused a hole in the arm area (it was only the third time I had worn it). I wash them on the delicate cycle in cold water and hang to dry. Also have used a warm iron. No bleeding or shrinking. When I reached out and sent photos of the damaged dress to the vendor, I got no response.
