Available in multiple weight pairs and sets, these dumbbells are perfect for progressive strength training and circuit workouts, combining durability with ergonomic design to support your fitness journey. ## Description Core Balance Hex Dumbbells, 1kg–10kg Pairs, 12kg & 18kg Sets with Rack ## Features - 2 x CORE BALANCE 10KG HEX DUMBBELLS: With their heavy-duty cast-iron core and soft-grip neoprene coating, these 10kg Hex Dumbbells from Core Balance are perfectly balanced and comfortable to use. The dumbbells have a black neoprene coating and are labelled with their weight to easily identify them from others in the Core Balance range. - ANTI-ROLL HEXAGONAL PLATES: The hex dumbbells have fixed hexagonal plates to stop them rolling along the floor and keep them within easy reach if you’re doing circuit training and other workouts. They’re perfect for floor-based circuits, such as dumbbell push-ups. Their anti-roll design also makes them easy to store and stack with other hex dumbbells. - SOFT-GRIP NEOPRENE COATING: The dumbbells have a neoprene coating which makes them more comfortable to hold than standard cast-iron or rubber-coated dumbbells. Perfect if you’re doing circuits and regularly picking them up and putting them down. Neoprene also retains its grip if your hands are sweaty and can be easily wiped clean after every workout. - HEAVY-DUTY CAST-IRON CORE: Cast-iron dumbbells are stronger than vinyl-coated dumbbells which are often filled with concrete and are prone to chipping and cracking over time. The heavy-duty cast-iron core also gives the dumbbells a perfectly balanced weight which helps to reduce the strain on your joints and muscles when you’re working out. - CHOOSING DUMBBELL WEIGHTS: If you’re a female with little experience of strength training, start with 1kg dumbbells and slowly work your way up to 5kg dumbbells as your strength improves. For males, 5kg dumbbells are a good starting point and a top choice for sculpting your muscles, whereas heavier weights are better for bulking up and building strength. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07YG829YB | | Best Sellers Rank | 485 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 13 in Dumbbells | | Brand Name | Core Balance | | Colour | 2 x 10kg | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (26) | | Handle Material | Neoprene | | Item Dimensions L x W | 29.5L x 23W centimetres | | Item Highlight | Sold as a Pair, Solid Cast Iron Core, Soft-Touch Neoprene Coating, Anti-Roll Hexagonal Design, Ideal for Strength Training | | Item Weight | 10 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Core Balance | | Material | Core: Cast-Iron, Outer: Neoprene | | Model Number | A-571432-EU | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 2 | | Other Special Features of the Product | No-Roll Head | | Part Number | A-571432-EU | | Set Name | Pair | | Style | Fixed | | Target Use Body Part | Legs | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Core Balance - **Colour:** 2 x 10kg - **Item weight:** 10 Kilograms - **Material:** Core: Cast-Iron, Outer: Neoprene - **Special feature:** No-Roll Head ## Images ![Core Balance Hex Dumbbells, 1kg–10kg Pairs, 12kg & 18kg Sets with Rack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71b2YP33EjL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the country of origin ?** A: China, I think.
