A: This particular Mane ‘n Tail Detangler is specially formulated for equines. There is a difference in the detangler formulas, the equine detangler is a heavier formula; not only in spray propulsion but in formulation. We do offer a detangler in our personal care line for human hair.

**Q: Does this get diluted or do you use it straight as is from the bottle?**
A: This product is designed to be used straight from the bottle. The 16oz and 32oz sizes come with a spray applicator!

**Q: I brought the detangler value pack that comes with a refillable spray bottle but I can not unscrew the top to refill please tell me how to refill.**
